Within 90-day of receipt, you can contact us at cs@cellphoneholdershop.com for the product that doesn’t meet your expectations. Please make sure to complement any return with our RMA number. This can be attained by sending an email to us and will give you a RMA # for reference.

In less than two weeks, we will process the warranty replacements, and if we are out of stock, we’ll substitute that specific item with a similar product. CellPhoneholderShop's warranty will not include faulty installation or any kind of violence exercised over the product.
